The following classes are available in your studio as a series or workshop:

Family Yoga
Yoga fun for the whole family! Kids get to spend quality, fun time with their parents and siblings and adults have the unique opportunity to relearn how to play with your kids and connect with them on a whole new level. Games, partner poses, and imaginary yoga adventures will have you and your family bonding and laughing-all the while strengthening and stretching yours and your child’s growing muscles.

My New Mommy and Me (6 weeks to crawling)
Bond with your baby through a playful yoga practice, while getting back into shape after your pregnancy.  Challenge your body with a vinyasa flow class while also experiencing restorative postures to leaving you refreshed and renewed-all in a fun and safe environment for babies. Also, learn to do yoga with your baby to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development. Dads and caregivers also welcome. All levels.

Stretch and Sing (Parents and walkers to 3 year olds)
Connect and bond with your child through song, poses, games and, most importantly, laughter! Partner with your toddler in poses, games, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination, build body awareness and stimulate creativity and imagination in your child. Caregivers welcome.

Little Yogis (3-5 year olds)
Your child will use their imaginations and go on a yoga adventure through song, fun poses, games, art and laughter. They will increase flexibility, strength and coordination while building self-esteem, focus, concentration and social skills.

Kids Yoga (6-8 year olds)
This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills and self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun postures and group games. Children will learn how to focus their energy through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and play games in this energy releasing class all the while practicing yoga and improving strength, flexibility, concentration and coordination.

Tween Yoga (9-12 year olds)
Help your tween build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. This class promotes self-confidence, self-respect and respect for others. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration.

Teen Yoga
This class is a transition between kid and adult yoga in a safe and fun environment. Create emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation. This class promotes self-confidence, inner strength, self-respect and respect for others.
